As you can see, this Colon Cleansing Board Kit is one of the most economical colon

As the water drains from the 4 gallon bucket that comes with the kit, your colon is
flushed with a continuous fill/expel process that lasts approximately 30 minutes to
1 hour. With a one time rectal insertion, it is easy enough to operate by yourself
without any additional help.
